Warranties, Returns, Shipping, Policies, Procedures, and Terms of Use

Our customers are important to us! Therefore, to give you complete peace of mind in purchasing stove parts and maintaining our high standards for customer satisfaction, we provide the following document to answer any possible questions regarding our warranties, delivery, damage, liabilities, and return policies. Product Delivery & Shipping

USA Only –

Our free shipping ships via USPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, USPS 1st Class, UPS Ground & FedEx Ground, whichever is most economical. The tracking numbers will be emailed when assigned; you may typically receive them while your order is still being processed.   

Orders received before 10 am Pacific time (Monday – Friday) are typically processed within two business days. Orders received Friday (after 10 am Pacific time), weekends, or holidays are typically processed within two business days after the weekend or holiday.  

Some items may ship directly from our distributor or the factory if they are not in stock, increasing processing time. This can delay us getting your tracking, so you might get tracking after the shipped item.

Mail Theft Notice: Mail Theft is a severe problem around the country; we strongly recommend that you track your package. After processing your order, you will receive an email with a paid invoice and tracking number. Please arrange for someone to secure your parcel when delivered if you cannot do so. Pellet Stove Parts is not responsible and can not be held liable for mail theft.

Sorry, no international sales or shipping.  

Modifying an Order

Once you submit your order, you can not modify it from the website.  You can attempt to modify the order if you call us.  Depending on where the order is in the process, we might be unable to stop or change the order.   You can add an additional item by placing an order for that item.  If you are trying to cancel the order, please see the canceled order policy on this page.

Merchandise Return

If, for any reason, you wish to return an unused, uninstalled item or part and it is in its original packaging and is re-saleable, you have up to 30 days from your purchase date to return said part(s). After 30 Days, parts are non-returnable. Return shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility – please provide us with a tracking number so we can prepare for its arrival.

Contact us for return instructions.  After the item is verified as re-sellable, a refund will be issued to the original payment source. A $10 restocking fee and the original shipping cost paid by Pellet Stove Parts will be subtracted from the refund.  Please note that if you return an item without notifying us to get a proper return address, there may be a $10 to $25 penalty fee if returned to the wrong location.  We have a different return location than shipping. PLEASE communicate with us if you are sending back something.  

No Returns or Refunds on parts installed, used on a stove, electronic control boards, parts labeled as Non-Returnable, Special Order Items, or Closeout Specials.

Please ship parts carefully; the buyer is responsible for that shipment, and the items must be in re-sellable condition when they arrive. If the item arrives damaged then we can not issue a refund. 

Warranty Claims

All warranties are limited manufacturer’s warranties and are only valid if the part was installed in a unit it was designed for.  

Please email orders@stovesandspas.com for the manufacturer’s limited warranty claims or leave a message at 888-340-7727 (24-hour voicemail) with your Sales Order, Part, and issue details. A claims person will contact you to start the process. Please note that we are closed on weekends, holidays, and after 11 am on Fridays.

For your reference, warranty data information should accompany parts when shipped. The consumer is responsible for warranty return shipping. Warranty is void for any part wrongfully installed in a unit or a unit not designed for that part.

Canceled Orders

We understand at times; you might need to cancel your order. Please remember that a 10% fee for canceling orders is deducted from your refund. It is best to call us to cancel any order.  You must follow the Merchandise Return Policy if your package has already shipped.

Liabilities

We do not manufacture the products we sell. Pellet Stove Parts. assumes no liability arising from using or misusing any products purchased from us. At no time shall Pellet Stove Parts be responsible for any amount more than the purchase price minus the shipping and restocking fee of said products.

We continually improve our offerings and product availability and reserve the right to change pricing, products, and specifications without notice. Pellet Stove Parts cannot be responsible for pricing or other errors and reserves the right to cancel any such orders. If an order is due to ship, we will notify the purchaser of any back-order or deletion of the product from our line and offer another product of equal value. We will not be responsible or held liable for any damages and or affiliated costs due to shipping delays, product availability, acts of God, or any other direct or associated losses caused.
