Warranties and Procedures

Our customers are important to us! Therefore, to give you complete peace of mind in purchasing stove parts and to maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction, we are providing the following document to answer any possible questions you might have in regards to our warranties, delivery, damage, liabilities, and return policies.

Warranty

Website Part(s) Purchases:  A RMA (return merchandise authorization) is required for all warranty returns please call 888-340-7727.  During the warranty period a new part will be sent to the buyer, a credit card is needed for securing the return of the failed part before replacement part is shipped. If said part failed during the first 90 days there is no-charge for shipping the replacement part back to the buyer.  After 90-days, shipping of the warrantied and return of failed part will become the responsibility of the buyer. Warrantied parts must be returned to Oregon Stoves & Spas or the designated warehouse within 30 days of receiving the replacement part, if failed part is not received by Oregon Stoves & Spas or one of its designated warehouses buyer’s credit card securing the return of failed part will be charged for warrantied part(s) sent to buyer and failed part is non-returnable.

No Hassle Return

If, for any reason you wish to return an unused item or part and it is in it’s original package and is re-saleable, you have 30-days from receipt to return said part(s) to Oregon Stoves and Spas.  Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer, a small 10% charge will be applied to cover shipping and handling charges occurred.    No Returns or Refunds on Parts that were Installed on a stove , Electronic Control Boards, Special Order Items or Closeout Specials.  Upon the arrival of all returned items each part will be inspected for damage due to  improper packaging, wear showing it was installed on a stove or damage due to shipping. Buyer will be contacted by email if their is an issue with their returned part.  Please Ship Parts back with care buyer is in now the shipper and excepts responsibility for the return of part.

Liabilities

Because we do not manufacture the products we sell, Oregon Stoves & Spas assumes no liability arising from the use, or misuse of any products purchased from us and at no time shall be responsible for any amount greater than the purchase price less shipping of said products.

We are always improving our offerings and product availability, and reserve the right to change pricing, products and specifications without notice. Oregon Stoves & Spas cannot be responsible for pricing or other errors, and reserves the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors. If an order is due to ship, we will notify the purchaser of any back-order or deletion of product from our line and we will offer another product of equal value. We will not be responsible or held liable for any damages and/or affiliated costs due to shipping delays, product availability, acts of god or any other direct or associated losses caused.
