Express Warranty Return- File a Claim For EXPRESS WARRANTY Part exchange go to www.pelletstoveparts.com and fill out form “Express Warranty Return Authorization” in the warranty section drop down tab. The item you are returning must be for warranty replacement only No “credit” or monetary exchange” will take place. You must provide a legible copy of your “Proof of Purchase” invoice from the selling dealer. You must read the PelletStoveParts.com Limited Warranty and make sure that your item meets all of the conditions for warranty replacement coverage. Any electrical item being returned must be removed from the stove and be “Bench Tested” independently of the stove to confirm that it is defective and that your problem is not within the stoves electrical circuit or the part just needs cleaning. For a copy of your invoice and warranty period of your part email email@example.com include name, address, part name and estimated time of purchase. We will contact you within 12 to 24 hours.
USA Only – No International Shipping – See our details and exceptions for free shipping . Our preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail or FEDEX Ground. Some items due to box size of product or quantity of goods ordered will ship Federal Express or UPS Only. Winter weather conditions in some areas of the country may delay or stop delivery of goods Pellet Stove Parts has no control over shipments once it leaves our shipping dock and certainly no control over the weather. Each buyer is sent a tracking number via email when there shipment leaves our warehouse please use the number to track your package on line or give this number to your local carrier if you reach out to them by phone..
If, for any reason you wish to return an unused item or part and it is in it’s original package and is re-saleable, you have 30-days from purchase date to return said part(s). Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer, a $20.00 charge will be applied and deducted from your Refund to cover shipping and handling charges occurred by PSP for all Convection Fans and Exhaust Fans. Auger Motors and all other parts $15.00 charge No Returns or Refunds on Parts that were Installed on a stove , Electronic Control Boards, Parts labeled as Non-Returnable, Special Order Items or Closeout Specials. Upon the arrival of all returned items each part will be inspected for damage due to improper packaging, wear showing it was installed on a stove or damage due to shipping. Buyer will be contacted by email if their is an issue with their returned part. Please Ship Parts back with care buyer is in now the shipper and excepts responsibility for the return of part.
After 30 days parts are no longer returnable for a refund.

If an order is due to ship, we will notify the purchaser of any back-order or deletion of product from our line and we will offer another product of equal value.
