Warranties, Returns, Shipping, Policies and Procedures

Our customers are important to us! Therefore, to give you complete peace of mind in purchasing stove parts from us and to maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction, we are providing the following document to answer any possible questions you might have in regards to our warranties, delivery, damage, liabilities, and return policies.


Product Delivery & Shipping

USA Only – Our preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail Nation Wide Delivery. Orders with oversized, overweight or several boxes in one order will ship Federal Express or UPS ground (You will be emailed a tracking number for your shipment after it has left the shipping warehouse) We attempt to box and ship all orders the same day but in some cases we may receive your order after shipments have already left the warehouse. And in some rare cases the shipping warehouse may not be able to box and ship your order in time for shipment that same day, such as Monday AM weekend orders are filled first.

NOTICE: Porch Theft is a very serious problem around the country we strongly recommend that you track your package. You will be sent by email a tracking number after your order has been processed-boxed and shipped, please arrange for someone to secure your package when delivered if your not able to so.  Pellet Stove Parts is not responsible and can not be held liable for porch theft.

Merchandise Return

If, for any reason you wish to return an unused item or part and it is in it’s original package and is re-sale-able you have up to 30-days from your purchase date to return said part(s). After 30 Days parts are non-returnable. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer, if you received free shipping on your order the shipping charges that Pellet Stove Parts incurred will be deducted from your refund.   No Returns or Refunds on Parts that were Installed and or used on a stove , Electronic Control Boards, Parts labeled as Non-Returnable, Special Order Items or Closeout Specials.  Please ship parts with care the buyer is now the shipper and is responsible for that shipment.

Because we do not manufacture the products we sell Pellet Stove Parts/Oregon Stoves & Spas assumes no liability arising from the use, or misuse of any products purchased from us and at no time shall be responsible for any amount greater than the purchase price less shipping of said products.

We are always improving our offerings and product availability, and reserve the right to change pricing, products and specifications without notice. Pellet Stove Parts/Oregon Stoves & Spas cannot be responsible for pricing or other errors, and reserves the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors. If an order is due to ship, we will notify the purchaser of any back-order or deletion of product from our line and we will offer another product of equal value. We will not be responsible or held liable for any damages and or affiliated costs due to shipping delays, product availability, acts of god or any other direct or associated losses caused.
