Warranties, Returns, Shipping, Policies and Procedures

Our customers are important to us! Therefore, to give you complete peace of mind in purchasing stove parts and maintaining our high standards for customer satisfaction, we provide the following document to answer any possible questions regarding our warranties, delivery, damage, liabilities and return policies. Product Delivery & Shipping

The USA Only

Our shipping methods are USPS Priority Mail, USPS 1st Class, UPS Ground & FedEx Ground. Tracking numbers for all shipments are emailed to the customer when the product ships from one of the three warehouses; Portland, Oregon – Columbia Falls, Montana – Albany, Oregon. We attempt to box and ship all orders the same day the order comes in, but in some cases, we may receive your order after shipments have already left the warehouse; if this is the case, your order will ship the next day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM Friday (Pacific Time) will ship the following Monday.

The exception is Baffle Boards and Breckwell Control Boards that ship directly from the factory and may take additional time to ship out.

Sorry, no international shipping is available.

NOTICE: Mail Theft is a severe problem around the country; we strongly recommend that you track your package. You will be sent an email with a paid invoice and tracking number after processing your order. Please arrange for someone to secure your parcel when delivered if you are not able to do so.  Pellet Stove Parts is not responsible and can not be held liable for mail theft.

Merchandise Return

If for any reason, you wish to return an unused item or part and it is in its original package and is re-saleable, you have up to 30-days from your purchase date to return said part(s). After 30 Days, parts are non-returnable. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. If you received free shipping on your order, your refund would be for the part cost minus any shipping cost that Pellet Stove Parts incurred.

No Returns or Refunds on Parts installed and or used on a stove, electronic control boards, parts labeled as Non-Returnable, Special Order Items, or Closeout Specials.  Please ship parts with care; the buyer is now responsible for that shipment, and the items must be in re-sellable condition when they arrive.

Warranty Claims

Please call 888-340-7727 Monday – Friday from 8 – 5 pacific time zone or email orders@stovesandspas.com to process the warranty claim. For your reference, warranty data information should accompany parts that have warranties when shipped. The consumer is responsible for warranty return shipping after 30 days of receiving the item. Warranty is void for any part wrongfully installed in a unit or a unit not designed for that part.

Liabilities

We do not manufacture the products we sell. Pellet Stove Parts/Albany Stoves, Inc. assumes no liability arising from using or misusing any products purchased from us. At no time shall Pellet Stove Parts/Albany Stoves, Inc. be responsible for any amount more than the purchase price less shipping of said products.

We continually improve our offerings and product availability and reserve the right to change pricing, products, and specifications without notice. Pellet Stove Parts/Albany Stoves, Inc. cannot be responsible for pricing or other errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors. If an order is due to ship, we will notify the purchaser of any back-order or deletion of product from our line, and we will offer another product of equal value. We will not be responsible or held liable for any damages and or affiliated costs due to shipping delays, product availability, acts of God, or any other direct or associated losses caused.
