We offer free shipping for the majority of our pellet, gas and wood stove parts.
FREE SHIPPING! Orders received after Friday 10 am (pacific time) through Sunday start processing the following Monday. Orders received on Holidays start processing within 2 business days after the holiday.
Typically tracking is emailed as soon as we have them in the office to send out the notifications. It is not uncommon for tracking numbers emails to end up in your Junk or spam mail boxes. Because we usually provide a link to check your package, some email providers will mark them as spam. If you put us in your email contacts using the orders@stovesandspas.com, it can help avoid that.
Special Order Items may have an additional shipping fee at the time of ordering.
Exchanges and returns – buyer will be responsible for any shipping cost.
International sales – We no longer ship internationally, only United States of America shipping addresses.
Shipping companies – Our packages are shipped from a variety of sources – USPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, USPS 1st Class, UPS Ground & FedEx Ground, which ever is cheaper.
